1. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on getfrostvibe.com, operated by Yassin El Achhab, trading as FrostVibe (SIRET: 990 339 665 00012). By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.
2. Products
FrostVibe offers beauty and personal care devices and accessories. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible; minor variations in color or appearance may occur. Our devices are wellness and cosmetic tools — they are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout, all taxes included where applicable. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. FrostVibe reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the price applicable is the one displayed at the moment of order.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is validated. You will receive an order confirmation by email. FrostVibe reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of payment incident, suspected fraud, or abnormal order volume.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption and processed by Shopify Payments.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on destination. Shipping is free and tracked on all orders. A tracking number is provided by email upon dispatch. Delivery times are estimates; delays caused by carriers or customs do not entitle the customer to compensation, provided the order is delivered.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, by contacting Frostvibe.store@gmail.com with your order number.
Hygiene exemption: in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed personal care products that have been unsealed after delivery, for reasons of health protection and hygiene. Returned items must therefore be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging with all accessories.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
8. Warranty
All FrostVibe electronic devices are covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to the legal guarantees of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, drops, water damage beyond stated ratings, or normal wear.
9. Liability
FrostVibe cannot be held liable for improper use of its products. Please read the user guide before first use. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or electronic implant, or suffer from a skin condition.
10. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
11. Mediation & Disputes
In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These terms are governed by French law; any unresolved dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
