All content on getfrostvibe.com (text, images, visuals, logos, videos) is the exclusive property of FrostVibe and is protected under French and international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

General

These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between FrostVibe (the "Seller") and any buyer (the "Customer") placing an order on getfrostvibe.com. Placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

Products

FrostVibe sells premium facial care tools including LED massagers, cryotherapy devices, gua sha tools, and beauty accessories. All prices are displayed in euros inclusive of applicable taxes, ranging from €5 to €70. FrostVibe reserves the right to modify prices at any time; products are billed at the price in effect at the time of order.

Orders

Any order placed on getfrostvibe.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Sale. An order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided at checkout. FrostVibe reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a payment issue or product unavailability.

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. All transactions are secured through Shopify's integrated payment solutions (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). FrostVibe does not store any banking or card details.

Availability

Products are offered subject to availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, FrostVibe will notify the Customer as soon as possible and offer a full refund or an alternative product.

Worldwide Shipping

FrostVibe ships worldwide — including metropolitan France, overseas territories, the European Union, and international destinations across 50+ countries.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. A shipping confirmation email including a tracking number is sent as soon as your parcel is collected by the carrier. Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, customs procedures, or exceptional circumstances.

If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, please contact us at frostvibe.store@gmail.com — we respond to all inquiries within 48 business hours.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be applied by the destination country's authorities. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the purchase price. FrostVibe cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please report it to the carrier immediately and contact us with supporting photos. In the event of a confirmed lost parcel, FrostVibe will either resend the product or issue a full refund of the order amount.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

Return Procedure

To exercise this right, contact us by email at frostvibe.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in cases of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Defective Products

In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, FrostVibe will cover all return shipping costs and proceed with either a replacement or a full refund of the affected product.

Data Collected

FrostVibe collects the personal data necessary to process orders: first name, last name, delivery address, email address, and phone number. This data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Use of Data

Your data is used exclusively for: processing and tracking your orders, customer account communications, and, with your consent, sending promotional offers. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
